Introduction:
The sheet of tofu are stuffed with minced fish meat and shiitake, seasoned with shoya sauce and boiled to perfection. A really yummy fish tofu bun that delivers in flavour and juiciness .
Instruction:
Hot-pot
1.Place fish tofu bun in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and frozen meat balls should be cooked for at least 10 mins. until they are tender.
2.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove themfrom the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.
