Introduction:
The spicy crayfish have the bright red color and spicy taste. The lobsters are from rivers and lakes, and the seasonings mainly include dried chili, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and Chinese pepper. In late 20th century, it was advertised on hot TV show, and then swept the country. It is great to go with beer.
Instruction:
Microwave:
Open the outer package of spicy crayfish and microwave for 10 mins.
Stewing:
1.Heat the pot.
2.Pour the crayfish into the pot, heat until the soup boils, and stew for 12 minutes.
3.The crayfish can be served when heated through.
