Introduction:
The Chinese Lap Cheong sausages of Oriental Kitchen are made from 100% French pork with sweet and salty flavors. This version is composed with five spices: Sichuan pepper, Chinese anise, Chinese cinnamon, cloves and fennel. It is best served with Thai jasmine rice.
