Introduction:
Nicely textured wonton, well filled, and the filling is vibrant and ready well seasoned for something so simple. This dough is light and thin , there is a good aroma of pork, and the vegetables included give a good and full taste.
Instruction:
1.Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat. Add wontons. Stir gently to prevent from sticking.
2.Cook until bringing the water to boil again. Turn to medium-low heat. Cover the pot with a small gap on one side, to prevent spilling. Continue boiling for 2 mins.
3.Add a little cold water and bring to a boil. When the wonton look like they are inflated and float on the surface of the water, it means they are fully cooked.
4.Put the minced cilantro, laver and proper amount of salt into the bottom of the bowl, pour in hot water, stir well, and then put in the cooked Wonton.
