Introduction:
Not everyone eats beef or pork, so this is an alternative for those who like meat, but not necessarily red meat. Freshasia handmade premium kani tofu fish are made of surimi with natural crab extract, the tender and spongy tofu fish makes for a satisfying, savory meal.
Instruction:
Hot-pot
1.Place kani tofu fish in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and frozen sausages should be cooked for at least 10 mins. until they are tender.
2.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove themfrom the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.
