Introduction:
Cheung fun is a popular snack in Guangdong. People often have it for breakfast. The main ingredients are rice milk, egg, green vegetables, shrimp meat and pork. It is often seasoned with soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame paste, sesame oil or lard oil.
Instruction:
1.Add water to the steam pot. Once the water boils, put the Cheung fun on the plate and steam them on a steamer drawer.
2.Steam for about 10-12 minutes. After steamed, the Cheung fun should be stewed in the steamer for 2 minutes and then out of the pot. In this way, the Cheung fun will be shaped in the pot and will not collapse or shrink.
