Introduction:
Guilin Rice Noodles, Mifen in Chinese, is a famous traditional local snack with a long history dating back to Qin Dynasty about 2,200 years ago. They look white, and taste soft, tender and smooth.
Instructions:
1.Put dry rice noodles into pot. Cover the pot and boil for 13mins. Strain off water.
2.Broth Noodles:
Soak cooked rice noodles into cold water for 3-5mins. Put cooked rice noodles into a bowl and broth. Add the sauce and mix evenly.
3.Gravy Dry Noodles:
Put cooked rice noodles into a bowl. Add the sauce and mix well.
